About This Lesson

This was the way yoga was practiced in the beginning. One on one, tailored to where everyone is in their life. We sit together at first to decide on how we practice yoga together. Then as we go along, you’ll have a plenty of opportunities to check in and reflect where we are. We take our time, care and respect for what it means to really practice yoga in a way that serves us. Many people also combine their yoga practice with meditation or bodywork, which is also perfect for scuba divers and any vacationers.
