About This Lesson
All levels vinyasa (flow) class. Depending on the day, we may mix vinyasa with yin, or restorative and meditation. Our style is not a slo-mo Tai chi class nor a crunch addict’s fitness routine. It’s an even paced yoga class with emphasis on breath, focus and a bit of fun. Divers, non-divers, hangovers and preggies, experienced yoga guru or fresh newbies, join the first and only yoga tribe in Pulau Weh.
